Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email; we may cancel and fully refund items affected by pricing errors or stock shortages.

Shipping & delivery

Orders dispatch within 24 hours on business days. Delivery estimates (standard 3–5 days, express 1–2) are good-faith estimates, not guarantees; risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns & refunds

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of our receiving the return. See the FAQ for the full process.
