Anvil and Oar Fitness started in a Springfield garage with a secondhand barbell and a simple frustration: gear that quit before we did.
Forged, not assembled
Like an anvil shapes iron and an oar drives the boat forward, we shape equipment that moves you forward. Every dumbbell, shoe, jacket, and bag in our shop is tested by working coaches before it earns a listing — if it would not survive our own training blocks, it does not ship to you.
